Nick Millican, Chief Executive Officer of Greycoat Real Estate LLP
Nick Millican is a UK-based real estate professional and Chief Executive of Greycoat Real Estate LLP. He joined the firm in September 2012 and is responsible for its overall strategy and investment activity. His work has focused on the management and delivery of commercial property projects across central London.
He began his career in finance at Citi, where he worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division. He later joined Rockpoint Group, a real estate private equity firm, serving as a Director from 2006 to 2012. During this period, he was involved in the firm’s UK investment operations, overseeing a range of asset types and capital structures.
In addition to his professional role, Mr Millican is a Trustee of Chickenshed Theatre, a charity focused on inclusive performing arts, where he has served since 2019.
His experience spans investment, asset management, and development within the commercial real estate sector.

Led the acquisition of a minority interest in MOTO, the UK’s largest motorway service area operator, followed by the successful sale of the business to a major UK pension fund in 2015.​
